used to notify the person booking the appointment of specific client needs; extra time, long hair, always late, special rate, always gets blowdry with service,etc. - or a note that pops up when you hover over appointment like it already does for with services that client has booked that day.
And/or a pop note when booking the appointment like it already does when a stylist is double booked, but instead, to remind us "more time needed for kathy" or "Always late" or whatever the special client need is.

This concept is indispensable in the restaurant industry. Additionally, the stars should never disappear from the icon list. It would be very helpful to glance over past weeks and easily see how many 1st 2nd and 3rd visit clients were in the schedule.

The appt notes are often not read. Pop up notes are a necessity.

Yes please! No one reads client notes when scheduling so popups would remove a lot of errors
