We create a product sale under the our clients in order to track their purchases and allow our therapists to see history and also to note anything valid to that clients file based on their visit that is relevant to therapist to see.
Currently whenever we book a product purchase in under the client they arenow recievenng a text with confirmation of their upcoming appt which is upsetting some clients as is confusing them. Please option in to select particular services that do not require the confirmation text and email.

Are you creating an appointment when doing this? Or is the product sale done directly through the purchase screen without a service being added on the appointment screen?
