It would be very useful to be able to apply discounts to clients bills at the time of booking, for example if it's someone's birthday and we've offered them a complimentary conditioning ritual or manicure we'd like to apply the discount at the time of booking, not wait until the day - especially as on the updated system the appointment 'prompt' function has been taken away, so we can't use this to alert us to take the discount off when the client arrives.
