We want an option to have a popup note attached to the client that appears in a vibrant colour when you click on the client or look them up - this is to note client allergies, special accommodations, and other important things that need to be seen before booking the client for services.

Two things to help us scope it:
- Where do you most need it to surface? (opening the client profile, opening their appointment, etc)
- And, do today's client notes fall short because they're not that prominent or because they don't appear at the right moment?

Tomás de Vasconcellos This is similar to what I was saying about "warnings" for No shows/late cancellers etc instead of a BANNED tab could we have pop up where we could alert our team to anything they need to be aware of when booking a client.
So to answer your questions:
1/ as soon as you enter the clients name or number - that way we have awareness BEFORE making the booking.
2/ Yes they do - especially if a younger team member is booking a client in & doesnt take the time to read notes, a pop up is hard to ignore!!!
