Please create a notes section at the top of the screen attached to each individual staff members day to enable us to leave notes for a particular staff member on that day.

Anyone else so sick of the note section!! everytime I go to highlight a section. As soon as I go off the note The whole thing gets out and I’ve lost my clinical note.
Should also be able to have tabs for notes for different treatments. For a dermal clinic setting that has beauty services- I would like to be able to have tabs on notes for each treatment. If I’m sending my dermal notes to a doctor. They don’t need their shade of brow tint used aswell. This whole section is so basic.

As a manager, it would be helpful to have a centralized place within Phorest to keep track of business-related notes or information that can be shared between owners and managers. This would facilitate better communication and organization within the management team.

I want to be able to click on a therapists name and leave her a note . There should be an icon that will show when there is one there. she can delete the note once read. it would be helpful to be able to leave notes for specific therapists throughout the day to keep everyone updates. also have the option to do team noted that go on to each therapist individually

How about the ability to leave messages directly onto an employees column header? Double click, open up then leave whatever message you like. PIN function to auto note who it’s from too. Maybe pin protect as well (so that only managers can leave work related messages there). Be a good flexible feature I reckon. Pretty sure the shortcuts software did this… let’s keep up with the Jones ;-)

have a notepad available that we can leave daily notes about the current day so if we need to go look back at a certain day we can view the notepad from that day. Quick easy with out having to run reports or do searches. Example, what the weather was like, how many call outs, who rescheduled, really anything that we want to make noted for current day
