We are really struggling to get used to the new wait-list.

We find it very confusing and not easy navigate easily to see who's waiting on an appointment without having to filter thro all these people on the list.

A few things...

•The wait-list darkens the appointment page when you click it which isn't ideal when comparing across columns

•the day does not come up when you click waitlist of each client when they are looking for until you filter (not ideal in a busy salon we want quick easy access to see appointments)

•all clients coming up when you click isn't ideal regardless of days that we have put in.

•expired wait-list clients are confusing especially in a busy salon when other staff don't realize the time the client was looking for has expired as it is still on wait-list cos it wasn't manually removed (we sometimes haven't time to go thro wait-list to see who has expired)
