If you go into a clients file it shows a client that cancels or doesn't show. This should flag up when the client calls to book so a deposit can be asked for

Would it be possible to have a pop up box or prompt to allow staff to know they must always take a deposit from a client that has no showed before and for our staff to click a button that will say always take a deposit to tell the next client

If a client has had no show appointments, late cancellation charges etc, to be able to flag a prompt when booking in the client so staff members are aware and then know to take deposit or full payment upfront rather than relying on them manually reading the notes prior.

Notes with diffrent categories, ex: formula notes, personal notes, products notes also with the date note was created and the service providers name that created the note/formula. Also there needs a warning pop up when appointment is booked for example: if the client has an allergy, or that they owe a cancelation fee before they are allowed to book.

Also if a clients hair takes longer to develop , if its resistant , a prompt when making the appointment would be great , not when they arrive , its too late then

yes, and don't allow the booking without it. We are currently using a code.
after their name if they no showed last time and need deposit,
* if they have no showed more than once and always need depoist. # if they are a banned client and not to be booked. I would love if I could set the system up to not create a booking without deposit on these clients, as sometimes my staff just dont do it and of course the usual no shows.... keep no showing. It woudl be a great feature to adjust access for particular team members to restrict what they can do.Load More
