It would be great to have a smart search facility where we could choose the treatments required and the system would return a certain number of the next available slots for that booking. Could include other filters such as individual staff members or am/pm.

It would be great to have a type of filter for the app when staff book clients in when they phone for a certain stylist. So we don't have to literally scan everyday. it would just tell us the soonest availability to get them in.

Comment from CLARINS: I have had requests from users and customers that having this on the online booking, to search for any appointments available over an upcoming time period to be useful. For clients looking for a non specific appointment.
Currently they have to set up the search online under each single treatment and repeat many times, which is time consuming. Are you addressing this in your plans?

LILLY PATAS: could you expand on what you mean by non-specific appointment? If this would mean showing availability without selecting services I am not sure how the system would know what times to show

For multi branch salons that have branches in the same city, it would be sensational if the appointment builder could show the receptionist all free times across all or selected locations (e.g. the Dublin area) so they would not need to switch to every branch looking for free time.
Work on this could tie in with online bookings where customers could be presented with options in other branches. Like they are offered times with other staff if their preferred staff member is full.

When booking an appointment in admin view, it would be much easier if we were able to choose the services first. So, first up, we would choose the services and Phorest would automatically show us the slots where the appointment actually can fit (in a different color for example).
Currently we first have to ask for the service(s), then figure out where it would fit. Then ask for the client's name, and do the booking. This is difficult and takes a lot of time, especially when we have a booking with several services.
