I think it will be a good idea to track payment history on client card under a new tab saying spend. because clients ask what have they paid and when they have paid and what treatment was it for. Its too much going back ward and forward trying to figure out as it is lengthy way trying to look under sales transactions etc. In our old premier spa system there was a spend tab under client card where you could see each transaction and what it was for i.e. products or treatments.

AGREED. Client profile screen should definitely have a section that includes any and ALL transactions that include more details, especially payment method or an option to take you directly to the transaction/checkout without having to go through the sales screen. I often bounce back and forth from their profile to the sales page trying to find dates to be able to see it.

It would also be good to know how the payment was made. Cash, card, voucher etc. this helps if there is a discrepancy in our cashing up.
