Option to flag appointments with important notes/reminders

There should be away that we can flag an appointment on the book (make it red) for important notes, reminders or if they have a habit of being late or not showing up to their appointments. This can also be combined for Birthday reminders.
What I do now is before their appointment time I make a break time before and write my notes there.
I was thinking maybe having an option to flag the appointment and make it Red so on the appointment book it stands out when looking at it

If we showed the client and/or appointment notes prominently during checkin, booking and/or payment would this help with this issue? Or is a change in appointment colour the most effective?

This is a great feature but it would be great if there was a new shiny symbol on the booking to let us know that there is a note attached before we check them in.

Changing the color of the NAME of the guest on the book to red if the client file or consultation form needs to be reviewed by the stylist, not just the desk. Suggests an urgency/importance. Or some obvious way to flag the appt that is not an icon.

Phorest Product If something needs to be fixed/ checked by management prior to arrival of the guest, it would be great to have the whole appointment a different colour or even a border around the blocks. for quick reference. upon check in might be too late.

add a option to be able to set a reminder for admin to follow up with certain clients a fews days post treatment to see how their skin is going, but the reminder can be custom text from the therapist that did the treatment so admin then though what to ask. For example the therapist writes: please call mary to check how her brows are healing after their first tattoo appointment, and they can set the date when the reminder will pop up for the admin to complete

I would love to have the ability to have custom flags where our own custom icons show up with the Phorest ones (like the star for new clients etc). For example we are checking covid vaccine status for clients, it would be great if we could create a flag, maybe a "V" that would show up so we can easily see who is vaccinated without having to check their status etc visit. Customizable with our own icons as I know this example is not necessarily something that many salons need.

I know currently there is the option to add a prompt on check in, but it would be nice to add that prompt on booking instead. We use the service to make booking alert notices, but many times they get overlooked by the front desk staff and on Phorest Go (even though it is their note).
