Parents of younger clients often make an online account as their kid's or other family members name but if they ever want to make an appointment for themselves, they can't put it under their name/change the name.

There should be an option to add multiple names to your account, especially for clients with children. We know they can add it to the notes but that can easily be missed, or clients will not include it in the notes, and we don't have accurate information for the client or appointment that is coming in!
