An automatic email should be sent out at the time of purchase about expiry dates on vouchers and courses. Then a 6 month reminder to get them booked.
This helps stop them contacting you months after their voucher or course has expired demanding a refund or extension.

We would like to urge for a expiry date written on the invoice after a client buys a course and a reminder a month before their course expires. That ensures everything is in writing and will alleviate complaints coming from clients who forget about their courses.
