Can we have the appointment 'Prompt' button back please - that flags up client notes when their appointment is 'Checked in' on their arrival - this way we are aware about discounts or special occasions as they arrive. The current system has it but it has been taken off the updated system for some reason

used to notify the person booking the appointment of specific client needs; extra time, long hair, always late, special rate, always gets blowdry with service,etc. - or a note that pops up when you hover over appointment like it already does for with services that client has booked that day.
And/or a pop note when booking the appointment like it already does when a stylist is double booked, but instead, to remind us "more time needed for kathy" or "Always late" or whatever the special client need is.

We need this communication between the Back of House/Stylists/Technicians with the Front Desk. Important Messages that need to be communicated about or to Clients during these times - whether during Booking, Check-In and Check-Out - are Critical and are being missed. I see that Booking notes are In Process - but the Appointment Notes just get overlooked at Check-In and forgotten about by the time clients Check-Out. We need a POP UP that has to be clicked closed so it HAS to be read. For those who don't like Pop-Ups, don't enter information. But if Information IS needed - we should be able to Enter it and have it POP-UP at the necessary time - during Booking, Check-In or Check-Out. Please add this!

Would love an option to hover over appointments without clicking their appt to view specific booking notes like "leave processing with stylist", client has to wait "x" amount of time between services, etc.

Pre-Booking Client Note Alerts

We’re finding a limitation in the booking process that’s causing some issues for our team.
We often have important client notes that need to be checked before an appointment is booked (e.g. treatment suitability or therapist allocation). Currently, alerts only appear at check-in or check-out, which is too late.
As a workaround, we’re marking some clients as “banned” just to trigger a warning before booking. This isn’t what the feature is intended for and creates confusion and extra admin.
Ideally, there would be the ability to trigger a client note alert at the point of booking, with a prompt that requires the note to be reviewed or acknowledged before proceeding, and a way to flag this without needing to use the “banned” status.
This would make the process much more logical and help avoid errors.
Would be great to hear if others have the same issue or any better workarounds.

Sometimes I can see client notes on the appointment screen, other times they're not showing. This inconsistency is causing confusion. I propose a feature that ensures client notes are always visible on the appointment screen.

Icon for Appointment Notes instead of written out under client name

I think day of Appointment Notes would stand out more for providers if there was a icon to toggle over and view the note, rather than it being typed out on the screen under their name. The notes blend in with the client names and I think are more difficult to stand out. The clients who have day of Appointment Notes would stand out from the client's that do not if they had an icon. I also think it would make the appointment screen easier to read without all the writing. OR at least the option to toggle viewing notes on the book on and off?
