Notes made on appointments need to pop up on screen when clients checked in

Is it possible for appointment notes made on appointments to appear as pop up notifications on our desktop & phone when that particular client is checked in? These notes are unusually missed for appointments when it's busy.

we desperately need this! notes are not being seen by reception, and I cant blame them because even I cant check and scroll through the notes every single time we are booking/rebooking someone.

YES!!! This is such a CRITICAL need. Important messages are not getting conveyed to clients & this is really causing issues. I just can't believe that the Pop-Ups were taken away - and that this hasn't been addressed & corrected!
