No Shows and Cancellations I think should be able to be seen from the calendar. it would be more helpful and able to track from day to day or week to week. the reports are great when you are looking back but being able to see in real time and in the book would be much better. maybe a button to swap to a cancel only appointment book?

We should be able to automatically no show someone if they call and cancel at the last minute and not have to leave it on the calendar so another client could book that timeslot if we get lucky.
