Once a client hasn't had No-Show's for a certain period of time or after a certain number of appointments - the Notification should turn off.

Yes! The other thing that is annoying is that is a client is booked for say a haircut, color, and mask it will populate as 3 no shows or cancellations instead of just 1 for the entire appt. This really skews the optics. If the appointment is all tied together it should only count as a single appt
