We have families in booked under their own names maybe mum and daughter for example and they want to pay together we are having to do separate transactions. You used to be able to hold the shift key and select the ones you wanted to pay but don’t seem to be able to do this anymore

Hi lisa,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I have checked both the old and updated appointment screens and holding shift and then clicking each appointment on the appointment screen and then clicking pay is correctly putting those appointments on the purchase screen for me. If it is still not working for you could you email me an example of appointments it is not working on for you and I will investigate further?

I just tried and it worked... click on first person - then Shift - then click on second person - the pay :)
