Make Staff Break Audits Specific to the Individual Break
G
Glennys Shouldice
The staff break audit trail needs to work the same way — it should be specific to the individual break you are looking at, not show pages of unrelated break activity.
For example, I created one break in my own column as a reminder for a Zoom meeting with Scott. If I want to audit that break, I should be able to click it and clearly see:
* Who created the break
* When it was created
* Whether it was moved or edited
* Who made the change
* What the original time was and what it was changed to
* Whether it was deleted
Instead, the current audit shows multiple pages of completely unrelated breaks for different staff members, which makes it very difficult to figure out what actually happened with the one break I’m trying to track.
The audit feature could be extremely useful for seeing whether someone moved a break, deleted something, or created something that shouldn’t be there — but only if the audit is specific to that exact break and easy to read.
