Ive just bought a new laptop and added phorest. Previous laptop was very old and i couldnt scroll up and down on the mouse pad and had to buy a mouse for scrolling. I assumed new laptop would have fixed this, i dont think a laptop mouse pad is compatible with scrolling up and down appointments screen. Is this correct??

I use a Mac, & feel like it only happens when my calendar is magnified so I can see the appts by 15 minute intervals. I prefer to see that view but then I can't get see the lower part of the screen. Would love help with that.

Hi Dina Georgiou,
I had one of my colleagues who uses a mac laptop to test this as well as testing on my own windows device and the mousepad/trackpad scrolling works for us on the appointment screen. Is this still happening for you? If so please do let me know and I will ask one of my colleagues in support to reach out.

Phorest Product: hi there, no
It still happens. Scrolling up and down with 2 fingers doesn’t move the page up and down, it just jumps like it gets stuck and doesn’t scroll. Could it be some setting error? I have the appointments set at 15minute views but surely that shouldn’t be any reason. I just didn’t think I would need to have to use a separate wireless mouse to use phorest. Thank you

I use an iMac and I can’t scroll with mouse either. I have to use the arrow down on the screen. Would love this to be fixed/changed
