It should tell you who and when the appointment was booked when you hover over it. If it is then rescheduled it should also show you when it was edited last. Envision has this and it is very helpful.

If your staff have individual pin numbers to access system all this will come up on 'trail'. When you click on client click 'options' at the bottom then 'trail' it shows who booked it in and when and if anything was changed. If you don't have individual pin numbers this won't work.
