please make confirmation emails and notifications instant when the appointment is booked. we are having to write the appointment on a card as the text / email can take a while to send.

Our system sends a text to client immediately when the appointment is booked! Perfect!
Is there anyway a “ADD TO CALENDAR” be added to reminder emails and text messages?

Hi folks,
The reason there is a 10-minute delay for confirmation messages is to allow for quick appointment edits immediately after booking, such as service and duration changes that could result in multiple, or incorrect, messaging being sent to the client. Would sending the messaging immediately after clicking done create this issue in the salon?
