Inefficient - waitlist dates inconsistent

RELEVANCE is the main issue with this feature. I inputted specific dates and then I'm still getting notifications that someone on the waitlist wants a spot...and it's not within the range that I selected when I put them on the waitlist to begin with.
The waitlist only shows me that someone's on it: their name and the service they want -> No dates, nothing else. This is horrible. It also shows me everyone for the whole year; I have no idea whether that person really needs something today -> and I've selected specific dates for that person when I added them to the waitlist!!! I need the waitlist to continually show me
TODAY
-> not everyone and their mother for the rest of the year. (The Filter feature does not help with this, btw)And I need the Waitlist to show me the dates they are interested in AT A GLANCE. Please. For the love of Pete.

I love utilizing the waitlist. However, It is super frustrating when I take the time to use it and input dates and it always doesn’t record the dates 😖 I always add notes for specifics because I cannot rely on the program to remember the dates and times I put in.
