We would like to see a client came have specific time for specific service saved to their Client Card. This way when they book for a specific service through the Desktop App, Phorest Go or Online the timing is updated in the booking.
Example:
- Client comes in for a Blowdry service but needs 15 minutes extra due to the amount of hair the client has. In the Client Card we could select the service and the assigned time needed. This way the client is always booked for the correct time regardless of what method is used to book the appointment.

Salons want to be able to specify that a certain client requites X time. Service history work around doesn't suffice in this persons case, looking at alternatives.
"These are just the sorts of things that are really frustrating with Phorest, and I don't want to have to submit a suggestion to a website for review. Could this be made a priority instead of rebranding?

It looks like a lot of people want this but I don't see any indication on when it was first requested and how long it's been lingering out there for an update this functionality. It would be extremely helpful and a big time saver to be able to do this. I hope to see an update on this in the near future.

Phorest Product Phorest Support Do you have any updated on this? You merged a lot of other similar posts into this post and many people have indicated it is an important feature but there is no comment about the status.

With every service code, a feature to add 15 minutes (or another set time) to each service if the system finds they are a new guest. Should also be consistent with online booking new guests.
Our old system salonbiz used to have this option and it was very helpful for allocating the appropriate timing for consulting with a new guest.

Had 2 clients reschedule their 5 hour tattoo appointments online and the system reverted the time to 75 minutes instead of securing the 5 hours it was originally booked for.
We should be able to change who meaning what service is allowed to reschedule

I would love the ability to change a specific client's timing for specific services. For example, add 15 minutes to a clients blowdry time if they have a lot of hair. That way they could still book online with the correct timing required to do their hair.
