We’re adding the ability to set custom service durations and prices per client. Sometimes these adjustments depend on who is doing the service (e.g. staff expertise), while other times they should always apply to the client.

Question, would you set these custom changes:

Only for a specific staff member
Or for all staff who perform that service

Your feedback will help us understand whether these adjustments are usually tied to staff expertise, or if they should always apply at the client level no matter what staff is performing that service.

Does anyone have the same issue as the waitlist - It will only allow it if it is a standalone service but not packages?

This update is fantastic news Tomás de Vasconcellos and Cahir Hennessy. Next it would be great to set up pricing by staff member. We don’t have set tiers but have service providers who charge different prices for services based on experience and education.

Is it possible to do this for just staff? For instance level 1 stylists take longer to perform services than a Level 6.... shouldn't this be part of setting levels - both pricing and timing????

You can now set per client price and duration per service! This allows you automate custom pricing and durations for your clients - it even works when they book online.

There needs to be an option that you can set costum booking times for specific clients. For example: Mary had a ton of hair her haircuts take 90 minutes instead of 45...this way when she books online or when she calls in automically makes her haircut 90 minutes.

When a client books online, and they need extra time we can amend but it. if they reschedule their booking online, it reverts back to the original timing and messes up with the diary and bookings as we then need to contact them again to rearrange their appointment once more
