We’re adding the ability to set custom service durations and prices per client. Sometimes these adjustments depend on who is doing the service (e.g. staff expertise), while other times they should always apply to the client.
Question, would you set these custom changes:
- Only for a specific staff member
- Or for all staff who perform that service
Your feedback will help us understand whether these adjustments are usually tied to staff expertise, or if they should always apply at the client level no matter what staff is performing that service.

Tomas, a custom change to a time would be for a specific staff member. eg : some therapists are much quicker at waxing than others, I imagine it's the same with hair cutting

We want to have VIP PRICING for example, if we do a price increase of 20% for new guests we only want to increase our existing guest by 10% - so we'd like to set up multiple different VIP pricing levels.
Sometimes checking previous notes and prices are getting forgotten and our guests are getting charged different prices each time they come in. And sometimes they are getting booked too long or too little because we can't set custom timing for each person.

It needs to be per client and per staff. NOT across the board. Also needs to be working with online bookings. In our previous program the option to customize this was found in the clients file. We could choose the service, who it would be done by, how long and the price. All these options were customizable. It was super easy.

Individuelle Dienstleistungzeiten bei bestimmten Kunden seperat einstellbar machen. Beispiel: Kunde braucht immer nur 30min. anstatt 45min. somit auch relevant für die online Buchung....:-)
