For the new appointment screen it would be good to either have built-in operational time block categores or the ability to make a non service related time block. Examples would be admin tasks, 1-2-1 meetings, training, distributor rep meetings, events etc, generally these fall under special breaks but are not trackable.

Salons would appreciate if we could offer a way to make a break for multiple team members at once, for example a team meeting, or a training.
Right now they need to create the break for each staff member separately.

When multiple people need the same “break” at the same time, it’s really hard to have to manually make a block time everyone out. For example, yesterday I needed to block 25 people out for the same meeting. It would be great to have a copy paste option, or pick multiple people

On Phorest Go our stylist have to put in several breaks back to back because the longest option available is 60 minutes. It would be great if they could pick more times. I know that once they add a break they can use the pull down on the calendar to extend it but it is really difficult and sometimes does not work.

I feel that breaks should be allowed for the 4 or 8 hours of the day, but don't drop them off of the schedule entirely for that day. And there should be an option for training, sales rep meetings & holidays, to mark off entire staff for the day.
