If a client makes an appointment for today but has an appointment for Saturday there is noway of us knowing unless they tell us to cancel that future appointment. There should be a pop up or way to show when booking or message to stop no shows

Sometimes clients forget or don't mention that they have an appointment booked and then will call to make another booking. On SalonGenius there was a function that if a client had two appointments within a week of each other, a warning would flash up to say in case it was a mistake. It would be handy to have this function on Phorest as well.

If a client already has a booking on the same day to prompt that the client already has a booking to prevent double booking of the client

The system should allow such bookings in the first place.
We should be able to set a minimum time space in between visits for every service.

Omg yes! A pop up should happen if the client has appointments on or around the same date !! Please please ! Would save so much money on cancellations and it would save so much back and forth calling clients

This would be AMAZING!! Our old system used to have a pop-up window if you were booking a client and they already had an appt scheduled or JUST had an appointment within a week!

This would be extremely helpful!! when front desk staff is swamped, it is very easy to not ask if there was appointment already made. Would save alot of grief for open spaces
