We need a button like ‘check-in’ that changes the colour of the appointment to show that it needs to be looked at/changed/updated.

It would be so helpful for our salon coordinators when they are ensuring bookings are correct. We are a large salon so often when a client calls back after we've left them a message it's a different person answering the phone/email.
