Getting into an existing appt from the client card, Future Appts....

When you are looking up open appts in future appts, and if someone is calling to cancel or move an existing appt, when I click on that appt, it takes me to the day only. But not to the actual appt. It would be ideal to take you into that appt, not just the day.

This would be great. I also feel that it would male it easier accessing client notes and formulas etc. Since you can only access from scheduled appointment. The notes section from past appointments seems to inconsistant on the client card end and it only contains that set of appointment notes.
