We need to have a waiting list we can add our clients too that if the appointment day and time opens up it sends us a message that there is a client on the waiting list for that slot.

Hi folks, we are working on prompting to book waiting list appointments at the moment - and after that (in the new year) we will be working on automation options for the waiting list that will allow you to fully automate the waiting list if you want to.
We will update here as we get closer to starting on that work to gather feedback and offer beta access.

yes or light up the waiting list icon like yellow or red to show there is some one on waiting list so its not getting missed

This should be a no brainer fundamental facility in the software. Especially for modern clinics and today's society.
