Feature Request: Require Appointments to be Reviewed and Manually Accepted Before Booking on the Calendar

Please consider adding an option to have appointments require acceptance upon booking as an extra filter for bookings, to have a more critical eye on the calendar, and to avoid unfortunate booking mishaps.
