End of shift

Shift- Respecting the end of a shift NOT just the end of a day- service is booked too late in the shift as a result making online booking inaccurate. Services not being able to be booked at the end of the shift with a 0 min processing time when needed.

A 0 minute "Finish" service would take care of this issue as well, we need that too!

Hi Valbona Tana,
Could you elaborate a bit more on the issue you are facing? There shouldn't be a situation where the online booking system is booking an appointment that falls outside of a staff members rostered hours.

Phorest Product We have had the same issue, where a client has managed to book online for a colour at the end of a stylist's shift, then the development/processing time is after their shift finishes because they have booked a rough dry finish with another member of staff who is working later. Makes it awkward having to call the client to explain...

Phorest Product For example, we specialize in Curly Hair and part of that service is the cutting portion, and the other is drying time (almost like processing time). We have the option to limit when certain services can be booked before the closing time, this should not be just closing time. We have shifts and the option needs to be within (x) of the end of a shift, not just the closing time. As of now the guest can book these service at the end of someones shift, and than that means that it runs into the second shift. We than have to call the guest and move the appointment, its awkward and unprofessional.
