Display DATE OF BIRTH on Appointments Screen to comply with Regs

This request involves revision of the APPOINTMENTS screen to visibly display date of birth beside client/patient names. The screen currently displays phone numbers which does not aid in proper identification. Several additional clicks are required to locate each respective DOB.
To comply with National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG 01.01.01) and the HIPAA Privacy Rule, healthcare facilities must use at least two person-specific patient identifiers before providing care, treatment, or services. DOB is one of the most widely used identifiers alongside the patient's full legal name. Images are attached to clarify the specifics of this request, which includes:
- Adding DOB beside client names on the APPOINTMENTS SCREEN
- Adding DOB beside client names on the APPOINTMENT DETAILS SCREEN
- Making DOB REQUIRED on the individual client screen
