I just seen another feedback comment about penciling in clients and deleting after so long - these two would work so well together!

So many clients say they will call back when they stop driving or on lunch with deposit but never do, then the receptionist is either calling chasing for payment or if she forgets the client holds a space and doesn't turn up.

This would be great - allows "the system" to request the deposit and avoids awkward conversations.

This would be great! I’ve had clients ring and they don’t have their card on them, because of Apple Pay on their phone!
