When you look at a guest's future appts it only shows the date NOT the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc) - would be amazing if it showed that, as well so we don't have to close out the window to look it up when speaking with a client.

We are currently working on an updated appointment screen. One of the improvements that we made was to show the day of the week in conjunction with the date.

We have been using Phorest now for 4 1/2 years. It would be extremely helpful if the system noted the “Day” of the the week in addition to the “Date”
We reference current, past and future appointments and always need the calendar to reference at the same time. All too often, clients mix up days / dates and so we always reiterate the Day of the Week and the Date when referring to their appointments.
For example, after check out, we have the system note the next appointment scheduled so we can say goodbye and see them on that date. We need to check the calendar to confirm what day that is to properly mention the appointment.

agree, so many guests do not know what their calendar is until you say the day of the week. " oh my son has baseball on mondays " etc....
