Could there be an Icon toggle to show if their consultation form is incomplete

we have to use our ipad for consultation forms and it would be handy it if can up on the appointment if they needed to complete as an icon

I use the red flag for this... but that is not always accurate. and if clients need to fill out multiple forms then it doesn't work either. Totally agree, an Icon for forms would really help reception person. Great idea.
