confirmation Email when rescheduling

We are receiving complaints from clients that they are not receiving a confirmation email after rescheduling an appointment. this would be helpful for them when planning their schedule in advance. Some people wait for the confirmation email to place the appointments in their calendar. When they receive the email reminder 3 days before the appointment they may have other things scheduled and call to reschedule as they didn't realized they had an appointment.

DEFINITELY AGREE as we have similar feedback from clients. Think it would be great if we would be able to
CHOOSE whether to send a NEW confirmation email, or not. Only, as we sometimes tidy the diary up might make a slight adjustment with the time, or swap stylists, if a transient client.
