It would be awesome to have an actual confirmation list to go through and check off each client in the list as either confirmed, left message, no answer, wrong number… etc. Then during shift change the next team member could pick up where the last one left off. It should also initial each confirmation with who did it incase there are any questions.
This should also be savable after each update to the list.
If this could be customizable for each salon would be nice too. Someone else may want different features to check off during confirmations.
Having to go through each and every appointment to confirm on the actual appointment books can be very confusing and easy to miss someone.

I see this is UNDER REVIEW.... Any updates on when we can have this in place. As we grow it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage this piece in Phorest.

Possibility of a list view of all incomming bookings and the status (confirmed, cancelled etc..) with the paramenters: booking date, service, stylist, status, new customer or not,... it makes easier to track the bookings and makes much more easier to track new clients and cancelling. an activity log to track when the changes are happen will also make the work easier.

More symbols & colours on appointment screen

Have some way of indicating on the appointment, ideally changing the colour of the appointments to pre specified colours, or by having even a flag indicating what clients have been given a confirmation call the day before. There could be a Confirmed Button, Left Message Button, and No Answer Button.
This will help keep the receptionists on track when completing calls to our guests and keeps the service experience on a very personal level by allowing us to still have the one on one conversation. It will also help us know if we've called and left a message for future guests if we need to reschedule due to holidays, etc.

It would be great to have the symbols ($, flag, star, etc) customizable & perhaps a few more available. Our receptionist could mark appointments as Contacted, Reviewed, Deposit Received, Photos Updated, or other specialized options for our particular way of handling client communications and booking notes. If receptionist, manager, and owner could all just look at the appointment screen and easily see where the appointment is in communications, that would save a lot of notes and make follow throughs so much easier.
Currently, we don't use a few of the symbols, as they don't relate for us. We also have to make multiple notes in the system and on a notebook to communicate between management about clients. We have to open each appointment in order to see and read the notes instead of just looking at the appointment screen. Would Be soooo Helpful!!

It would be good to have a symbol that shows on the client's appointment that shows if they have a valid patch test on file so you don't need to go into the record card for each client booked for the future and can see the information "at a glance"

When a client completes a consulation form online and it has been reviewed or is pending review, can we get a symbol on their appointment to reflect this? It's a nightmare in a busy salon trying to keep track of who has and hasn't completed forms. Also can there be an option not to receive online consulation form as some older clients don't have smart phones or are unable to complete forms online.

For better manage of the bookings on day to day operations would be very useful to have a gift 🎁symbol instead of dollar when payment is with vouchers so receptionist are aware how many vouchers we are having on that specific day and avoid overloading busy days with vouchers.
