I feel as though a complete audit report would be extremely helpful in helping to answer questions that stylists might have. Example- We had 1/2 a wedding cancel and 1/2 that remained on the books. There is no way to see who canceled to ask why or is this correct because they no longer have an appointment made. In their client card should be a complete audit we can look at even though they have no further appointments made.It was lots of texts to staff to see who knew about what. Makes it very confusing. It could also be beneficial in making appointments in the future if this record was a bit more available. Should have things like appt modification any notes who modified the appointment date time and service.
