Complete Audit Report

I feel as though a complete audit report would be extremely helpful in helping to answer questions that stylists might have. Example- We had 1/2 a wedding cancel and 1/2 that remained on the books. There is no way to see who canceled to ask why or is this correct because they no longer have an appointment made. In their client card should be a complete audit we can look at even though they have no further appointments made.It was lots of texts to staff to see who knew about what. Makes it very confusing. It could also be beneficial in making appointments in the future if this record was a bit more available. Should have things like appt modification any notes who modified the appointment date time and service.

Including the audit trail for cancelled appointments would be greatly appreciated. Instead, the trail disappears, so any trouble-shooting or questions about that appointment are not possible.

Betty Thomas i agree this is key to retaining clients as well as seeing what could be important information.

It would also be useful on the client card for the complete audit report to include payments, refunds etc.

I have also notice and would be helpful if in our client cards we could easily check notes and formulas. We have not been able to do this unless they have an appointment made. Sometimes frustrating
