Recently, we've needed to swap appointments. In our previous software, there was a clipboard feature that allowed us to temporarily hold multiple appointments. You could drag an appointment onto the clipboard, and it would stay there until it was moved back into an available appointment slot.

I've noticed that while Phorest lets you pick up one appointment, we haven’t figured out how to hold a second appointment in the same way. Currently, we end up deleting one appointment, using the clipboard to bring the second one over, and then rebooking the first. This process is more time-consuming, especially during busy periods, and there’s a risk that the deleted appointment won’t get rebooked properly when you're juggling multiple tasks.

If we had a clipboard option that could hold multiple appointments until they're rescheduled, it would make the process much more efficient.
