CLIENTS WITH HISTORY NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL

We need a way to flag clients who have history of no showing or late cancelling who need to make pre payment before rebooking can happen. right now we have to banned them and add note on the file so that front desk catches it! but it should just be pop up window say ex. "Jane owes $50 late cancellation fee before rebooking can take place"

it doesn't even record as no show if a processed deposit is paid with a voucher, and only appointments that were booked online, or that have an in-house deposit n there, can be recorded as a no show, if it is a no show it should be recorded as such. So as phorest does not record no shows very well, I don't see how it can report on data it does not store!

The system should ban automatically if a client excessively is no showing or rescheduling. Like 3 times in a row or a mix of not showing, cancelling and rescheduling.
We dont have any interest borthering with such clients.
We also need a clean overview about banned clients.
Blacklisted clients should also not recieve any marketing messages.
