Client notes need to be seen before making appointments especially for stylists not taking certain clients. this doesnt pop until after appointment is made. There is plenty of room to add this to booking screen. it should come up in a caution box like no shows and birthdays

YES YES YES!!! This would be so helpful! In a different software that we used to use, a pop up box would appear with any important notes that we would physically have to click out of before proceeding. This made it so we were "forced"to read the note prior to booking in the appointment. Which prevents booking appointments and then needing to call back the client if adjustments were needed based on the client note. PLEASE PLEASE add this feature!!

Cahir Hennessy, Wonderful! This is very helpful! I have another suggestion/ask for you. I have put in this request almost every month and can see that a-lot of other people agree and have made the same suggestion. Can we please have the option to add spaces or dashes in between phone number or have the system automatically put a dash/space in? Example: instead of 99999999999, having the numbers spaced I.E 999-999-9999 or 999 999 9999. This makes reading phone numbers much clearer and prevents from accidentally dialing the wrong number. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE and Thank you

Cahir Hennessy at this point would we also be able to check things like client formulas etc rather than going to the day they are booked

Cahir Hennessy PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! This would be so helpful! Either having it listed as shown in the picture or having a pop up box appear that we would have to click out of before proceeding. This makes it so we are kind of "forced" to read the notes prior to booking the appointment so we are aware of any pertinent information for scheduling.
