Client notes need to pop up before the appointment is made. we have had many issues with clients getting booked with stylists they should not be with. This information does not come up until after appointment the we look bad because we have to back mpdeal and change their appointment. Its more work, looks bad and is inconvenient. This needs to be in the area where it says add appointment.

Cahir Hennessy this has been working great. Do you think you might consider hilighting the box like birthday and no shows. It woukd be more attention grabbing. Just a thought

YES YES YES!!! The client notes should come up when we search a clients name, there is pleanty of space for it to be added to that screen. Better yet, if there was a pop up box that appeared essentially "forcing" us to read the note and clicking out of the box in order to go ahead with scheduling. This would avoid having to backtrack and call clients back. Seems unprofessional.
