Client creation SMS opt in from appointment booking

We only get the prompt to opt in guests to SMS from the client management screen, but not when we create a new client from the appointment booking screen. This is leading to new guests not being opted in, and feels like a flaw in the system. The same prompt should come up no matter where you create the client.
