Client booking- not with certain therapists

Should be able to ban certain clients from booking with some therapists. Needs to be a tab to click, so they can't book that person.

That would be an amazing feature. We have some challenging clients who like to book with opening level artisans because they like the price, but really need the maturity and experience of a master stylist. They're never happy, and it becomes stressful for everyone.
