When an appointment is booked for a new client there is a star symbol displayed which is great. What we find though is that a client can book an appointment and they may not have been back to the salon for 6 months plus.

We are in the lash extension industry and find clients will book online for refills that have been done elsewhere; even though we ask them to contact us before booking.

It would be good for the star to display when a client has not had an appointment for 6 months plus. Or even a different colour star. This will assist in easily identifying the client has not been to us for a while so we can review their record and see if contact is required prior to the appointment.

It would also be useful if the client has not been back for a couple of years, as an opportunity for us to obtain a new consent form.
