Change client no shows on client contact card.

I wish we had the ability to change a clients appointment card from saying "no show" or cancellation. We use the checkin feature and dont have a receptionist and some clients forget to check in and they are dubbed a "no show" with no way to edit.

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback. So long as the clients appointment is paid for it won't show a no-show in their history. If you have services being marked as a no-show when the client has been paid, it's most likely that the service was removed on the purchase screen.

Phorest Product this is not what I am talking about. I am referring to when a stylist forgets to check a client in so they do show up for their appointment but the system marks it as a late cancellation, or other. We have several regular guests that come every 6 weeks that have never no showed that have accounts that say they have. We do not have a receptionist. Clients check in using the Phorest check-in app and sometimes it is missed. I would like the ability to update the cancellation or no shows on a client contact card if a mistake like this is made.

Jess Myers: thank you for your reply. So long as the client is checked out the no-show won't appear on their account. If appointments are left as a no-show or checked in (grey or yellow appointment colour) they will count as a no-show. If you are seeing checked out clients appearing as no-shows please let us know and I'll ask a member of our support team to reach out .
