I would like to view a cancellation list, so that when a client has cancelled I can look up who was there. Once it's cancelled, we cannot provide that information to a staff member who asks "who was there"?

This is frustrating. There needs to be complete audit or trail, this should be carried through their appointment history as well. We should be able to audit at any point in the day day it shgould show, canceled, rescheduled clients cashed out etc. Its a large part of our day we can not access.
