A feature from our previous booking system that we used often was a cancelled box. if clicked it shows all spaces that had appointments that were previously booked and then cancelled. It allows one to follow up and contact the guest if they did not rebook. To see who was there if the wrong appointment was accidentally cancelled... many additional reasons. With Phorest it requires a manager's accessibility and 5 steps to do so. I must say I appreciate all of the systems that are in place fart superior to any other system we have used. Thank you
