In the reminder texts and emails, we can only add a link to reschedule their appointment. MANY clients click this, thinking that this automatically means their appointment is cancelled even if they don't follow through on finding a new time (which leads them to no show their reservation which is still on the books). It would be helpful if there was a button on the rescheduling screen to "cancel appointment", or an obvious notice to contact the salon to cancel...that entering this screen hasn't actually cancelled their reservation.
