Button for "Left Message"

It would be great if there was a button we could click that says the client was called for reminder call and left a message. I usually just type it in the notes section however i feel it would be really convenient if there was a button just like there is to confirm! thank you!

This could should be able to be done now that we can chat off the client card. This is a great idea. Some notes never get erased and paper gets shuffled around. Could be very helpful

Idea: green "confirm" dot turns yellow for a client who has been left a voicemail with a "left message" confirmation option. When confirming, many clients are left a voicemail. Without an option to mark them as "left message" we have been adding blocks or notes to differentiate this, which is really counter-intuitive.

if we had an additional option when confirming guest if there was a left message button. so this way we know receptions made efforts in contacting them

Agreed! I think this has been asked for a few times. It should be easy to create an icon for this function. Phorest Admin Cahir Hennessy is this something that is in the works?

Cahir Hennessy I understand that but it does seem as though the functionality technically exists due to the other icons and how they work. That said, I do believe their are other threads on this topic and I may have even started one some time ago or at least commented on it. I appreciate you keeping an eye on this. The easier it is for all of us to manage the salons and be efficient, the better off we are.
