Dear ones, just be careful if you want to cancel customers via Phorest, e.g. in case of absence of illness! Clicking on Cancel does NOT send a rejection to customers and even a marketing/SMS campaign to all customers of the colleague does NOT reach all customers... e.g. all who have NOT set a marketing opt-in. So there is currently no feature at Phorest that allows us to cancel several customers at once. It only works manually 1by1. :-( Stefan has already submitted an internal feature request to Phorest-Product but likes to vote up this ticket so that it goes faster, because that does take a lot of work off all of us, right?
